MAYA in Case Management + New Documents Tab

Case management is now powered by M.A.Y.A. and includes a dedicated Documents section for managing all case-related files in one place.

MAYA in Case Management

All AI tools in case management—Case Analysis, QnA, Summarize, and Application—now run through M.A.Y.A. AI agents. Hand off multiple tasks and keep working; results appear when they’re ready.

  • Case Analysis — Let M.A.Y.A. run analysis while you continue your work; no waiting.
  • QnA — Ask questions about your case documents and get answers when M.A.Y.A. is done.
  • Summarize — Upload once and hand off summaries for multiple documents to M.A.Y.A.
  • Application — Generate applications with document references; M.A.Y.A. handles them in parallel.

Uploads support files up to 30MB.

Documents Tab

A new Documents tab in each case lets you:

  • Upload case documents — Store PDFs and other files in a single, case-specific folder.
  • Optional summarize on upload — When adding a document, choose whether to summarize it right away or add it without summarization.
  • One-click summarize — In the Summarize tab, documents without a summary show a single "Summarize" button. No need to re-upload the file.
  • Application reference — Select case documents when generating applications for added context.

All case files are stored together; there are no duplicate uploads when you move between Documents and Summarize.

What stays the same

Your existing case documents and summaries remain unchanged. The same AI logic and workflows run behind the scenes—M.A.Y.A. agents now handle them with clear status updates so you can keep working.
