Refund Policies
Current Refund Status
While we are working on implementing an automatic refund system, we currently handle refund requests manually. Please note the following important policies:
- For subscription-related issues or accidental subscriptions, please contact us within 7 days of the payment.
- Refund requests become significantly more difficult to process once the service period has begun.
- No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription periods if you choose to delete your account or data. For example, if you subscribe yearly in January and delete everything in March, no refund will be issued for the remaining months.
