Billing Information

Legal Desk AI operates on a subscription basis with the following billing practices:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partners
  • You will receive email notifications for successful payments and upcoming renewals
  • Subscription changes (upgrades/downgrades) are prorated to your billing cycle

Product Exchange Policy

Our product exchange policy allows you to switch between different subscription plans:

  • You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time
  • When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining period
  • Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You can switch between monthly and annual billing cycles
  • All plan changes maintain your existing data and settings

Note: Some features may be limited or unavailable when downgrading to a lower tier. Please review the features of each plan before making changes.
