How it works

1

Get your matters in

Import a cause list, or enter a CNR and let the diary pull the matter in. Hand-entered matters work the same way.

2

The diary keeps itself current

Listed matters are refreshed against eCourts overnight, so a changed date reaches you without you checking.

3

Read the day, grouped by court

Each day is sectioned by the court the matter is listed in, which is the order you actually move in.

Key capabilities

Grouped by court, always

A day with matters in three courts reads as three sections, not one flat list. That is how the morning is spent, so that is how the diary is built.

Cause list import

Hand the diary a cause list and the matters in it are read out and placed on the right day.

Stays in step with eCourts

Listed matters are refreshed overnight against eCourts, so an adjournment or a new date arrives on its own.

The day ahead, by email

A single email each morning at 8am with what is listed and where, so the diary reaches you before your desk does.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the diary get its hearings from?

Three ways: import a cause list, add a CNR and let it pull the matter from eCourts, or enter a hearing by hand. All three land in the same diary.

How often does it check eCourts?

Listed matters are refreshed overnight, once a day. It is deliberately paced rather than checking constantly.

Can I take the diary out of the app?

Yes. A day or a range exports as DOCX or PDF, or prints, through the same formatting engine the drafting tools use.

Why is it marked Beta?

It is live and in daily use, and court coverage and the import are still widening. The label is there so you know it is still moving.

Does it replace case management?

It replaces the part of it that mattered. The older Clients and Cases module is read-only and exportable, and the diary plus billing is where the work has moved.

Your diary is yours

Matters, dates and notes sit under your account only. They are never shared across accounts or used to train any AI model.
